OBITUARY:
Leland Hobbs, 66, North Vernon, formerly of Scottsburg, died Saturday, Nov 3, at Jackson county Memorial Hospital, Seymour.
He was a retired employee of Hamilton Cosco and a member of First Baptist Church, Seymour.
Survivors include his wife, the former Anna Fergison; a son, Ronald Hobbs of Scottsburg; a daughter Shalene Banks; two half sisters; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services were conducted Tuesday at Stewart Funeral home in Scottsburg with burial in the Stark-Dean Cemetery in Scottsburg.
